Applicants are required to hold current West Virginia EMT or Paramedic level certification or have means to obtain such certification through reciprocity. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and possess good communication skills.

EMT:
Position Summary:
- Under the Paramedic Supervisor and RCAA Inc. officers, the ideal Emergency Medical Technician will perform duties associated with providing rescue services and emergency medical care to the sick and injured in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and RCAA Inc. policies
Qualifications:
- WV EMT Certification
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Basic Life Support (CPR) Provider required
- EVOC certification required
- High school diploma/GED required
- Minimum 3-5 years of 911 experience preferred
- Must be able to function independently with minimal supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills, good use of body mechanics, good time management skills, and the ability to work in an environment with changing priorities.
Physical Requirements:
- The position requires significant physical strength and dexterity and the ability to function in very adverse environments with exposure to numerous safety risks typically found at emergency scenes.
Paramedic:
